They are thief first they will try to be a nice with you then at the time of check out they will try to create something to take money out of you they guys hide AC remote and blamed us that we misplaced that and were asking 3500 for a remote were they serious? They will create a scene for you to take my money out of you and what about there service if you are hungry want to have just bread and tea or anything else you will have to wait for an hour and half i will never suggest anyone to stay here

The rooms are quite good and spacious. The location was also convenient. I would like to call out the excellent service provided by Anirudh! He’s extremely polite, and always tries his best to cater to our requests - whether it be laundry, providing just an iron box in the room or any other basic requirements. What was bit of a disappointment was the attitude of the front desk person, Bholonath. In stark contrast to Anirudh, he was in no way willing to listen to any requests. When I asked him for an iron box, he said that he doesn’t have any solution and slammed the phone on me. Only when my wife who is from Kolkata and speaks Bengali spoke to him, did his attitude change. While he was informed in advance of the possibility of a late check out, on the day we were to check out he was again behaving rudely. My wife had to speak to him again to reason with him. So overall, I think as someone in the hospitality industry, you should be courteous to all guests no matter where they are from. Please don’t be biased or harass your guests by constantly trying to call them over the phone after they leave a not-so-favourable review (which he is currently doing). Just for this behaviour, I will not recommend this place. But if you do decide to go ahead and stay here, please be sure to ask for Anirudh for any help. He’s your man.

Rooms are good. But thats about it. The hotel manager Bholanath doesn’t have basic etiquettes of behaving with guests. The groom arrived late which was informed earlier to the hotel. But on arrival he was told there was no booking. Any requests from the rooms got heard after multiple reminders and sometimes remained unanswered. So if u want a smooth comfortable experience, maybe its best to not book this hotel specially during wedding time. After multiple requests Bholanath decided to behave and said ‘past is past’. But why do u have to remind people working in the hospitality sector about basic behaviour? They need to be trained first before continuing business. Was a mistake booking this place for the groom and his family during the wedding. But they do have some good caretakers like Anirudh. He was the only one who made sure the groom’s family was comfortable and all their requests are catered to.

This was the first time ever that I visited a hotel and my experience turned from a 4 star experience to a 2 star just while we were checking out because the room provided was really good as per the price charged. But I have to mention this incident here that while checking out they brought the bedsheet with a bit of stain on it which mistakenly were there due to food spillage from our end. The incident of showing bed sheet with stains by opening the sheet completely at the ground floor where hotel guests usually comes and goes was the first ever unique , disrespectful and embarrassing experience I had ever faced. During this incident, the receptionist even thought of charging money from us because he kept us waiting for easy 10 mins and kept on thinking what is to be done. Although he did not ask for any money at the end. Just a thought, what if a female person had periods that day and due to some reason the period blood had stained their bed sheet. Would they have done the same thing? I believe they would have..

Experience of this hotel is fair !! Basic needs like cups, gluss are not provided to room although behaviours off all staff is very good specially aniruddha and manager behaviour to serve is good but authorities of this hotel cannot provide basic things on super deluxe room even i think they can provided to us

The staff behaviour was really good the rooms and washroom was too clean the food was also really good the overall experience was very nice 🙂
